FUNERAL CELEBRANT

Because Every Life is Worth Remembering.

My goal is to create a unique and meaningful ceremony that celebrates the life of your loved one that celebrates their life, honors their legacy, and provides comfort to those who mourn. Together, we will ensure that their story is beautifully told and cherished forever.

I help to preserve the legacies and celebrate the lives of your loved ones by crafting heartfelt ceremonies that authentically tell their stories and

honor their precious memories.

Hello, I'm Jeannie.

In a world that increasingly leans away from the tradition of ceremonies to honor those who have passed, my mission is to bring back the profound importance of these rituals. Funerals, memorials, and celebration of life ceremonies provide a structured way for the living to honor the dead and embark on the healing journey through a sense of closure. Having experienced the pain of loss myself, I understand the deep need to come together one last time to tell the story of a loved one’s life. Every life deserves to be celebrated, and every life deserves to be remembered. My 'why' is to ensure that these sacred moments of remembrance and celebration continue to be a vital part of our shared human experience.

Honoring those we’ve lost through funerals, memorials, and celebrations of life brings comfort, closure, and a chance to reflect on their unique story. These moments of remembrance are essential and deeply human.

What is a Funeral Celebrant?

A funeral celebrant is the main host of a funeral or a celebration of life, responsible for officiating the service. One of the great benefits of hiring a celebrant is their flexibility—you have the freedom to weave in any elements to pay homage to your loved one, whether religious or non-religious.

An independent funeral celebrant strives to accommodate any wish, including incorporating prayers or hymns if they are meaningful to the departed.

Essentially, celebrants exist to create a cathartic celebration that perfectly encapsulates the memory of the person who has passed away.

Why Use a Celebrant?

Services planned by a celebrant often differ from traditional funeral services. Consider hiring a celebrant in the following situations:

Personalization:

You need help personalizing a funeral service and you’re not sure how to do it.

Flexibility and Experience: You want someone who is more flexible and experienced than a traditional minister to guide the service.

Officiant and Speaker:

You are looking for someone to act as an officiant and as the main speaker at a memorial.
